More Info:
Night bakers with experience start at $17/hr. All other positions start at a base hourly wage of $15/hr unless under 18yr old dishwasher. Baristas and bakers (25%) are tipped using a pooled tip system based on hours worked in our bi-weekly pay-period. All tips are paid out via paycheck bi-weekly. Supervisors positions start at $17/hr.
Full-time employees receive 40hrs annually of PTO, and 40hrs annually of sick pay.
Healthcare reimbursement coverage for full-time employees over 36/hrs week.
Experience and Seasonal Staff: Experience is preferred in the service industry. Chain experience is totally okay! We do not hire temporary seasonal staff due to the extensive and continuous training involved in craft coffee and baking.
