More Info:
All positions start at a base hourly wage of $15/hr unless under 18yr old dishwasher. Baristas and bakers (25%) are tipped using a pooled tip system based on hours worked in our bi-weekly pay-period. All tips are paid out via paycheck bi-weekly. Supervisors positions start at $17/hr.
All employees accrue PTO at 1hr/30hrs worked in accordance with the new Michigan ESTA Law. This PTO time can be used for sick time, vacation time, and a number of other applications. PTO accrues at start date, but there is a 90 day waiting period before it can be used.
Experience: Experience is preferred in the service industry. Chain experience is totally okay!Â
