From the Hands of a Champion This exceptional Gesha varietal coffee was cultivated by decorated Cup of Excellence Champion, Leanardo Henao. Grown at a high altitude of 1700 meters, this fully washed coffee benefits from the ideal climate and volcanic soil of the region. The processing is taken a step further with the meticulous Kenya Style Drawers drying method—a technique that allows for precise airflow control, ensuring an even drying process that preserves the coffee’s vibrant clarity and stunningly complex aromatics.
A Symphony in a Cup This is a coffee for the adventurous palate. From the first sip, you’ll be greeted with a bright, sparkling blackberry acidity. This is beautifully balanced by a subtle, comforting note of graham cracker, ending with an elegant, lingering finish of floral jasmine. The aroma alone is an experience worth savoring.
Ready to Be Unveiled Great things take time. We recommend carefully resting this high-density coffee for 10-14 days post-roast. This essential rest period allows the beans to de-gas properly, unlocking the full spectrum of its breathtaking flavor.

Each bag is 8oz (226g) packaged flat bottom bag with one way valve and zipper seal to preserve freshness.
This coffee is only available as “whole bean”. We will not grind this coffee before shipping in order to preserve quality and freshness. We highly recommend investing in a quality burr grinder if you’re interested in experience high quality coffee at home. We recommend Baratza burr grinders, specifically the Encore or Virtuoso models.
