Strange Matter Coffee currently ships orders within the continental United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other available delivery services.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.


Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are processed automatically according to the delivery schedule selected when the subscription is created.

Subscribers can manage their subscription, update shipping information, or make changes through their account dashboard.


Shipping Delays

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors may occur.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
